Disposable Enema Bag kit.
What are Enema Services?
The lower section of the colon is flushed with liquid through the rectum during enema services.
The purpose of an enema is to eliminate toxins from this section of the colon in order to facilitate the body’s natural elimination process.
Enemas are gaining popularity because they work quickly, can be performed in privacy, and are effective when dietary changes, oral laxatives, and supplements have failed to provide relief.
They are especially convenient to pack into your luggage and bring with you on vacation, as we frequently consume foods and beverages that are not part of our regular diet and are typically not part of our daily routine.
Constipation can occur anywhere and to anyone. Enemas are a safe alternative treatment for this condition, and can even be administered to children.
Numerous “liquids” can be utilised in an enema. common examples include:
Plain enema – Uses just warm water.
The coffee enema services utilises organic coffee dissolved in warm water. (Coffee administered rectally stimulates the digestive tract.)
Enema with lemon juice consists of lemon juice in warm water. (Lemon juice is a gut stimulant)
Garlic enema – Utilizes the water from two cloves of garlic boiled on the stove, allowed to cool to room temperature, then drained and used in the enema. These are especially effective when there are parasites present.
Even probiotic powder can be used in an enema. By simply mixing as you would for oral administration, but injecting via the rectum. As this is such a small amount of water, the entire mixture can be absorbed, as opposed to being flushed down the toilet as with other enemas. The body will absorb and utilise the probiotic as it sees fit.
A bag, hose with tap or clamp, and lubricating gel are required for an enema. See the instructions below or ask your therapist to demonstrate how simple it is to use them.
COLONIC VS ENEMA
What's the distinction between a Colonic and an Enema?
Both enemas and colonics rely on the introduction of water into the rectum to flush waste from the colon. Both can be extremely successful at stimulating the colon to expel putrefactive waste from the body. However, there are significant distinctions between the two.
During an Enema, an amount of water, normally between 250ml and 2 litres, is absorbed into the body, where it travels around 10cm to 20 cm up the colon and is retained for up to 15 minutes before being evacuated. Even though this operation can be performed in a relatively brief amount of time, retaining this amount of water might be painful. Self-administration also necessitates that the one performing the enema services be aware of all parts of the procedure while it is performed, which might make it difficult to feel comfortable.
Colonics are typically more calming, comprehensive, and convenient. Colonics are performed with purified water that runs through a tube. Attached to this tube is a disposable speculum. Once the speculum has been carefully inserted into the rectum, a second tube is added to carry waste and water directly into the sewage system. The continuous flow of water entering the body goes via the colon and into the waste tube. This enables water to move further into the colon.
This method has numerous advantages over a standard enema. A Colonic is equivalent to around 40 enemas. Due to the continual flow of water into and out of the body, between 40 and 60 litres of water are flushed through the colon. This permits water to completely enter the colon’s folds and saturate the affected waste along the whole colon’s length. In addition, water filling the area within the colon exerts a tiny pressure against the muscle tissue of the colon wall, encouraging muscle activity that provides exercise for the colon and aiding in toning and reshaping a weaker colon. As the water and trash are entirely enclosed, there is no mess and no odour. A further benefit is that the colonic is administered by the Colon Therapist, allowing the patient to stay relaxed and at ease without worrying about the mechanical components of the operation.

COFFEE ENEMA SERVICES INSTRUCTIONS
TO BEGIN, YOU MUST:
- AN ENEMA CONTAINER – Enema bag. We sell the bags at our clinic.
- ORGANIC COFFEE – Organically farmed coffee is superior. Our clinic offers organic coffee.
METHOD:
There are two ways to do it, and the first is the best.
- BOILING METHOD – Put 2–3 cups of clean water and 2–3 tablespoons of coffee in a saucepan and heat until boiling (or use a coffee maker). After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool down. You can add one or two ice cubes to speed up the cooling process. You can make more and use it for more than one enema. Wait until the water feels good when you touch it. If the water is too hot or too cold, it will be hard to keep the enema down. Pour the liquid into a clean enema bag through a fine strainer or coffee filter paper. Screw the enema bag’s top on. Now, the enema is ready to use.
- NON-BOILING METHOD – Put one cup of ground coffee and two cups of water in a container. Mix everything together well and let it sit overnight. (You could make more if you wanted to.) Pour the liquid through coffee filter paper or a fine strainer in the morning. Put it in a jar so it can be kept in the fridge. Pour 2 cups of clean water into the enema bag to make it ready for use. Add two or three tablespoons of the liquid from the jar of coffee.
PREPARING EQUIPMENT:
- SET UP CONTAINER HOSES – Ensure that the plastic hose is firmly secured to the enema bag and that the thin enema tip is attached to the opposite end.
- ELIMINATE AIR – Eliminate any air from the enema tube using the steps below. Hold the clamp on the hose, but do not close it. Insert the tip into the sink. Hold the enema bag over the opening until water begins to flow. Close the clamp’s jaws. This evacuates the tube of any air.
- LUBRICATE – Apply a small bit of soap or oil to the enema tip to lubricate it. Castor oil and coconut oil are preferred. (Excessive lubrication will cause the syringe tip to fall out of the rectum, causing a mess!)<br>
COMPLETING THE ENEMA:
- POSITION – Most individuals find that reclining on their back on a towel, on the bathroom floor, or in the bathtub is the most comfortable position. Sitting on the toilet is an option because it provides less feed from gravity.
- PLACE CONTAINER ABOVE – With the clamp shut, hang the bag about a foot above your abdomen.
- INSERT – Gently and softly tuck the tip within. Till it completely enters, moves it about.
- OPEN FLOW – Open the clamp, then raise the enema bag about a foot above the abdomen. It could take a few seconds for the water to start flowing. You can gently squeeze the bag if the water does not start to flow. If a cramp occurs, shut the hose clamp, twist your body to one side, and take a few deep breaths. The cramp will typically disappear fast.
- WHEN FULL –The bag will become flat or the container will be empty once all the liquid has been poured inside. Clamp closed. The tube can be left in place or gently removed.
- RETAIN THE ENEMA FOR 15 MINUTES – If you have problems see below, You may continue to be in that position. Spend the time reading a book, practising meditation, etc. Some people have the ability to stand up and lie on a towel in bed rather than on the ground. It’s not a good idea to walk about the house with coffee.
SUMMING UP:
You should flush the water out of the toilet after around 15 minutes. It’s fine if there’s a little bit of water left inside. You’re dehydrated if fluids tend to pool internally.
Clean the enema bag, container, and tubing before using. (Leave in the bag after use with tea tree oil or food-grade peroxide, drain, and reuse).
ADVANCED TIPS:
- AFTER BOWEL MOVEMENT – If at all feasible, perform the enema after having a bowel movement to help your body retain the coffee. If this is not possible, flush the colon with plain water first if necessary.
- MANAGING GAS – If you have a problem with intestinal gas, do some exercise before the
enema to help you get rid of it. - FILLING UP – While it is not necessary, it is advantageous if the water completely fills the
colon. By spending five minutes on your left side, five minutes on your back, and five
minutes on your right side, you can help. - MASSAGE – Massage your belly gently if water doesn’t flow all the way around your colon.
- LONGER TUBE – Some people insert an enema tube with a 30-inch colon tube attached to
the tip into their colon, allowing the water to reach the right side. - LOWER YOUR COFFEE CONSUMPTION – If the enema makes you jittery, lower your coffee consumption.
- SNACK ON SOMETHING EARLY – Your blood sugar may be lowered by the enema. If so, consume food right before or right after the enema.
FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS:
- PATIENCE – Be patient as Practice makes perfect.
- TEMPERATURE – Water temperature can be either too hot or too cool. Make sure the water is at a comfortable temperature.
- BE COMFORTABLE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS – A small cushion or cloth rolled up may be helpful to position beneath your buttocks to help the water go into your intestines.
- ADDING MOLASSES – If the issue persists, consider lowering the coffee’s strength or boosting the water’s sweetness with 2 tablespoons of blackstrap molasses.
BASIC RESEARCH ON COFFEE ENEMAS:
IMPACT ON THE GALLBLADDER
Choleretics, which are found in coffee, help the gallbladder release more toxic bile. The coffee enema may be one of the few pharmaceutically efficient choleretics mentioned in the medical literature that can be used without the risk of severe side effects frequently throughout the day.
ENZYME SYSTEMS
The creator of the Gerson Institute and the Gerson Diet Therapy, Max Gerson, M.D.,realised the value of coffee enema in stimulating the body’s intricate enzyme system. These enzymes’ increased activity ensures that carcinogens are prevented and free radical activity is significantly reduced. Free radicals are common byproducts of metabolism, but the unchecked generation of them is a crucial factor in the onset of degenerative diseases like cancer, heart disease, and ageing. They also play a part in liver detoxification (called the glutathione-S-transferase enzyme system). At least 600% more than usual glutathione enzyme system activity is present.
DILARGEMENT AND REST
Additionally, caffeine causes smooth muscle relaxation and blood artery dilation, both of which enhance bile flow for people with irritable bowel Syndrome services. This effect is not present when coffee is eaten orally.

Understanding a Colon Cleanse Enema
A colon cleansing enema service is the best option for you if you frequently have constipation. When the colon cannot eliminate harmful waste from the body through the rectum, constipation results. It happens often. If you don’t consume enough fibre, don’t drink enough water, or live a sedentary lifestyle, you may experience constipation. As a result, the colon begins to accumulate hazardous waste. Constipation may result from an unbalanced gut flora as well.
If your food and exercise routine is not the reason for your constipation, a doctor may advise you to use a laxative. If you’ve previously tried that, our knowledgeable staff of experts will be happy to help you stop being constipated. A cleansing enema’s primary goal is to gently remove toxic waste from the colon. When your colon is not functioning properly, you will also have weariness, headaches, and possibly backaches in addition to constipation. An enema should help relieve the discomfort by encouraging the bowels to release the faeces.
A coffee enema's advantages in Brisbane North, Moreton Bay, and the Sunshine Coast
An organic coffee enema is administered using an enema bag kit and consists of brewed organic coffee mixed with water and put into the colon through the rectum. It has been discovered that these enemas produce glutathione, a cleansing antioxidant. This may be done at home or during a vacation, and it’s safe to use on kids. For many people, this will take effect right away, giving you a bowel movement and aiding in the purging of the lower colon.
- Can provide relief by cleaning the lower intestine since coffee, when taken orally, stimulates the bowels.
- Can help the body release substances naturally.
- Is transportable, along with organic coffee, up to 2 litres of warm water, and an enema bag kit.
- Self-executing and simply.
- Attainable at home or during vacations.
- Is suitable for use on kids.
